Option 1: Add 120 ml of milk of your choice for thick oatmeal, Add an extra tbsp of milk for a thinner consistency.
Option 2: For extra protein, mix with 80–100 ml milk of your choice and 3–4 Tbsp (40–50 g) of greek yogurt. Stir well, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating, enjoy!
